# Provider Pools

**Status: LOCAL SANDBOX.** The local fixture seeds one pool with `100000` minor units (`1000.00 TEST-USD`) in memory. It is not a deposit, custody account or external reserve.

The provider section reads `GET /v1/pools/{id}` as the pool's pre-provisioned pool operator. It displays:

- **Total:** available plus reserved ledger coverage.
- **Available:** collateral that can back another eligible payment.
- **Reserved:** coverage unavailable for another payment or provider withdrawal.

The sandbox API exposes no pool funding, policy-editing or pool-withdrawal UI. Only the protocol's authorized reservation operation changes reserved coverage in the payment flow. The UI's selected local pool is a single fixture pool; pool discovery and provider onboarding are not implemented.

**LOCAL EVM** is a separate Hardhat vault using Mock-USDC. It is not the pool displayed here. **BASE SEPOLIA** is not deployed or verified.
